Project Overview

Cowbell Cyber is a insurance company that provides insurance to small and medium buisnesses. Cowbell specializes in ransomware insurance and has proprietary machine learning algorithms that auto-generate insurance premiums.

Commencing my tenure in June 2020 during the pre-seed phase, I played an integral role as a member of the Cowbell team until the Series B stage. Throughout this period, I actively contributed to the development and refinement of the Insurance dashboard, particularly focusing on diverse initial workflows associated with the P250 Insurance Product. My responsibilities spanned across the Broker, Underwriter, and Customer dashboards, where I meticulously crafted and enhanced workflows for critical processes, including Midterm Endorsement, Renewal, and Binding. My involvement in these intricate insurance workflows underscored my commitment to delivering comprehensive solutions across various facets of the product.

Developing the frontend application in React. Utilize react-form-hook, useQuery, Redux and a variety of React Hooks to develop dynamic lightweight workflows that practice inversion of control. Have experience working with material-ui to design custom components that can be utilized across the platform & ensure composability. Work with Typescript and Cypress to ensure correct application functionality. Produced multiple visual elements of web applications by translating UI/UX design. Worked closely with an agile team of 10 members and provided end-to-end solutions for clients. Managing and conducting the development of multiple ongoing projects.
